Rich Foreman brings over 30 years of technology leadership to his role of CEO and Co-Founder of KidneySoft. As founding CTO, Rich led the team that developed the CordicoShield / CordicoFire Wellness App. Cordico was honored with the Sacramento Innovation Award in 2021. After achieving a 7 digit ARR, Cordico was acquired by Lexipol in 2020. Rich has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington, an MPA from Troy State University and was an officer in the U.S. Navy. Rich co-authored his book, "Tap into the Mobile Economy." Rich's blog was listed in Top 20 Marketing Mobile Blogs of 2014. On the clinical side, he has cared for patients with chronic and end-stage kidney disease for more than a decade and has directed numerous clinical trials in the field of renal disease bringing novel drugs into practice. Selected recent trials that he led as a principal investigator include Finerenone (Kerendia) in diabetic nephropathy for Bayer, Vadadustat for anemia in CKD and ESRD for Akebia Therapeutics, Roxadustat in patients with anemia of CKD for Fibrogen, Inc. and Korsuva for uremic pruritus for Vifor Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Kharait has authored numerous peer reviewed original research articles, book chapters, expert opinions and has advised numerous professional athletes on hydration and nutritional practice.

Gary excels at client relationship skills combined with extensive technical expertise and has a proven ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and translate client requirements into effective technical solutions. Gary has a Masters in Computer Science from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Institute of Technology and Management and Computer Programming, India; CBSE – AISSCE Modern School, New Delhi. Elizabeth Custer is a registered dietitian at Huntington Health and USC Arcadia. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in clinical nutrition at University of California Davis, and dietetic internship at Sacramento State University. She has worked in many settings including acute hospital, sub-acute, skilled nursing, psychiatric, outpatient, retirement, and convalescent facilities. As a registered dietitian, her primary role includes assessing patients, providing nutrition education, and implementing medical nutrition therapy for a variety of medical conditions, such as chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hypertension, and more. Her passion lies with direct patient care and her experience in clinical, food service, and managerial roles has allowed her to deliver high-quality, evidenced-based strategies to promote health, well-being, and manage nutrition-related diseases. Elizabeth presented her research paper on food insecurities among students at the California Association of Nutrition and Dietetics Annual Conference in 2018.
